CLIENT: Adam's Rib Original Pit Barbeque / Hope's Hot Concepts, Overland Park, KS PROJECT: 8.5" x 11" Saddlestitch Menu
Before opening as an "upscale casual" barbeque restaurant, the original concept was to make Adam's Rib an old time BBQ joint that would look like it had been around since the early days of Kansas City Barbeque. Below is the original menu design with a retro logo resembling an old metal "box sign," which were popular on restaurants in the 30s and 40s.
